Rich Carroll – Founder, Director and Head Coach

Coach Carroll and his wife Nancy had a vision and a dream for an all-inclusive stadium that encourages everyone to play.  He has coached all levels of play from T-ball to High School.  He has served as the Chairman of the Board for Venice Little League for years.  Baseball is his passion!

Venice Challenger Baseball was created from the Carroll’s idea to offer an opportunity for all children, no matter what their disability or challenge, to play baseball.  VCB was formed in 1998 and it was registered as a 501c3 charity in 2008.  The Carroll’s have dedicated countless hours of work and resources to the Venice Challenger Baseball League.  Please help them with their dream of making this stadium a reality.
